Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work
Camelback Plumbing LLC (“Contractor”) agrees to perform plumbing services for Customer (“Services”) as described in the estimate  (“Estimate”). Any additional work requested by the Customer that is not listed in the Estimate may result in additional charges and must be approved in a signed writing by Contractor and Customer prior to commencement of such additional work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • The prices for materials and labor set forth in the Estimate are based on visible and reasonably accessible conditions at the time of inspection.

  • Unforeseen conditions (including but not limited to hidden leaks, code violations, corrosion, or prior improper installations) may require additional labor or materials and will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding when possible.

  • Pricing is subject to change if material costs, scope, or site conditions change.

  • Any modifications to the Estimate must be set forth in a written and signed change order signed by Customer and Contractor.

  • Payment Processing Notice: Credit and debit card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction. This fee does not apply to cash or ACH payments. To arrange a no-fee payment option, please coordinate with us prior to payment.

  • Any repair, alteration, or modification performed by another party voids all warranties.

  • Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.
